Neurocomb is indicated for the treatment of Vitamin 13 1 , 13 6 and 13 12 deficiency diseases.

Vitamin B, (Thiamine hydrochloride)
Vitamin I36 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride)
Vitamin 13, 2 (Cyanocobalamin)

Neurocomb contains three vital vitamins 13,, I3 6 and }in of he nemotropie factors, which are indispensable for the normal
functioning of the nervous metabolism.

Thaimine (Vitamin BO plays essential role in carbohydrate metabolism. Pyridoxine (Vitamin 13 6) is involved principally in amino
acid metabolism and also in carbohydrate and fat metabolism. It is also required for the formation of hemoglobin. Cyanocobalamin
(Vitamin 13, 2) plays an essential role in various metabolic and synthetic pathways. Deficiency in 11, 2 may lead to megaloblastic
anemia and severe neurological damage.

Contraindicated in-patients with known hypersensitivity to Vitamins B h B6 or Bu.
Vitamin 13 12 is contraindicated in psoriasis

Neurocomb ampoules are injected intramuscularly (deep intragluteal).
Severe cases: One ampoule intramuscularly every day or every second day until acute symptoms subside. Afterwards, one ampoule
once or twice a week.
fiiinderate cases: One ampoule once or twice a week.

Side effects are rare but hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis have followed repeated i.m. Injections of pr mations
containing Thiamine (Vitamin BO. Olucocorticoid and antihistamines are a countermeasure.
