1 ml solution contains:
sodium hyaluronate 3.0 mg, sodium citrate,
potassium chloride, calcium chloride,
magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, citric
acid or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH)
and water for injection. The solution is
hypotonic
Individual hypersensitivity to any
constituent of the product.
Do not use Hyfresh™ Gel at the same time
as any drug or other product applied to the
eye since it may modify their effects.
Twist off the tab. Tilt the head backwards
and position the tip of the container above
the eye to be treated. Move the lower eyelid
down with the forefinger of one hand.
Press the container and one drop of
Hyfresh™ Gel will easily flow out
(see illustrations). If not otherwise
recommended, instill 1 or 2 drops of
Hyfresh™ Gel onto the eye as often as
needed. After blinking, the solution will
disperse and form a transparent and long
lasting coating on the surface of the eye.
Indications:
Symptoms and signs of dry eye and/or
ocular surface damage, due to diseases such
as superficial keratitis, Sjögren syndrome or
primary dry eye syndrome.
For sustained lubrication of the eyes in case
of sensations of dryness, burning and ocular
fatigue and other minor complaints of no
pathological significance, induced, for
example, by dust, smoke, dry heat, air
conditioning, extended computer screen use
or by ophthalmological screening methods
Do not touch the tip of the opened container
and do not touch the surface of the eye with
the tip of the opened container.
The container should be discarded
immediately after use as
Hyfresh™ Gel does not contain
preservatives.
Do not use Hyfresh™ Gel if the container
is damaged.
Do not store above 30 ºC.
Do not use Hyfresh™ Gel after the expiry
date indicated on the container and the
folding box.

أي دواء أو منتج يستخدم في العين لأنها قد تغير
تأثيره
لف الجزء العلوي لفتح حاوية الجرعة الاحادية. قم
بإمالة الرأس إلى الخلف و ضع طرف الحاوية
فوق العين المراد علاجها. إسحب الجفن السفلى
للعين لأسفل بالسبابة من يد واحدة.
اضغط على الحاويات وسوف يتدفق بسهولة قطرة
جل (انظر الشكل). ™ واحدة من هاي فر
إذا لم يوصي بغير ذلك ضع ۱ أو ۲ قطرة من اي
جل على العين حسب الحاجة. ™ فريش
بعد فتح عينيك و إغمضها، فإن الجل يتفرق
ويشكل غطاء شفاف يدوم طويلا على سطح العين.
في حالات نادرة جدا قد يحدث اضطرابات مؤقتة،
مثل تهيج الملتحمة أوالإحساس بجسم غريب
أواحمرار أو حرقان في العين أو عدم وضوح
الرؤية لوقت قصير.
يحفظ بعيدا عن متناول الأطفال
يحفظ في درجة حرارة
لا تزيد عن ۳۰ °م.

Hyfresh™ Gel can be used in pregnancy and lactation
Your sight may become blurred for a short time just after using Hyfresh™ Gel. You should not drive or use machines until your sight is clear again.
On very rare occasions transient disorders, such as irritation of the conjunctiva, foreign body sensation, redness or burning sensation of the eye, short-term blurred vision may occur.

Hyfresh™ Gel contains a highly purified specific fraction of Sodium Hyaluronate.
Sodium hyaluronate - a natural polymer which is also present in the structures of the human eye. An important physical property of sodium hyaluronate is viscoelasticity, as well as the ability to bind and retain fluid.
It has a high viscosity in the absence of blinking processes and low viscosity in the blinking process itself. This ensures complete enveloping of the retinal surface. Eliminates irritation and dryness.
When the cornea is damaged, the hydrogel components penetrate into microcracks, while protecting the sclera from even greater damage.
The use of the gel does not cause any adverse effects on the organs of vision, it is not washed off during blinking movements. The film formed on the cornea is saved for a long time and does not cause discomfort.
