HyfreshTM contains a highly purified specific
fraction of sodium hyaluronate. Sodium
hyaluronate is a natural polymer, which is
also present in the structures of the human
eye. Its main physical characteristic is
viscoelasticity. This means that HyfreshTM
has a high viscosity between blinks and low
viscosity during blinking ensuring efficient
coating of the surface of the eye. This
protective coating of the surface of the eye
helps prevent dryness and irritation. Sodium
hyaluronate also possesses mucoadhesive
properties and the ability to entrap water,
thus resembling tear mucus glycoprotein.
This, together with the coating properties of
sodium hyaluronate results in an increased
pre-corneal residence and tear film break-up
time and therefore longer lubrication of the
corneal surface.
HyfreshTM is prescribed for you if you have
Dry Eye Syndrome, Sensation of dryness and
other minor complaints of no pathological
significance, such as burning and ocular
fatigue induced, for example, by dust, smoke,
dry atmosphere, air-conditioning, extended
computer screen use.
Do not use HyfreshTM Eye Drops
• If you know that you have had a reaction to
any of its ingredients.
• HyfreshTM eye drops are sterile until first
opened, so it is important to keep the drops as
clean as possible during use. Make sure that
the dropper tip does not touch any surface
including the eye surface.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
• HyfreshTM can be used in pregnancy and
lactation.
Driving and using machines
• Your sight may become blurred for a short
time just after using HyfreshTM. You should
not drive or use machines until your sight is
clear again.
HyfreshTM is to be used only as eye drops.
Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac of
the eye(s) as often as needed or as directed
by the physician.
Instructions for using eye drops
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle, check the
dropper is clean.
- Pull your lower eyelid gently down, and
then carefully instill one drop inside the
lower eyelid, in the corner closest to the nose.
- Release the lower eyelid, and blink a few
times to make sure the eye is covered by the
liquid.
- Repeat the procedure for your other eye, if
it also needs treatment.
- When you have finished, replace the
protective cap tightly to prevent spilling or
spoilage.
Usually HyfreshTM does not cause side
effects, occasionally some people may
experience unwanted effects. If you
experience any difficulty stop using
HyfreshTM and talk to your doctor or
pharmacist.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not store above 30 °C.
HyfreshTM eye drops are sterile when first opened, it is important to keep the drops as
clean as possible during use.
Once opened the drops should not be used for longer than 1 month.

يحتوي هاي فريش على جزء محدد من هيالورونات ™
الصوديوم عالي النقاء. هيالورونات الصوديوم هو
مركب كيميائي طبيعي و متواجد أيضا في تركيب العين
البشرية، و الخاصة الفيزيائية الأساسية لهيالورونات
الصوديوم هي اللزوجة المطاطية مما يجعل
له لزوجة عالية نسبياً أثناء فتح العين ™ هاي فريش
ولزوجة منخفضة عند إغلاق العين أثناء الرمش الشيء
الذي يؤدي إلى تأمين طبقة واقية فعالة على سطح العين.
تساعد هذه الطبقة الواقية على منع جفاف العين وتهيجها.
هيالورونات الصوديوم له خواص مخاطية لزجة و له
القدرة على الإحتفاظ بالماء و ذلك يحاكي مخاط الدموع
الجليكوبروتيني. هذه الخواص بالإضافة إلى الطبقة
الواقية التي يوفرها هيالورونات الصوديوم تتسبب في
زيادة بقائها كذلك زيادة فترة تكسر الطبقة الدمعية
وبالتالي مدة أطول من الترطيب لسطح القرنية.
لك إذا كنت تعاني من جفاف العين ™ توصف هاي فريش
أو الإحساس بالجفاف أو أي شكوى أخرى ليس لها دلالة
مرضية مثل الحرقان و الشعور بالتعب في العين الناتج
عن الأتربة و الدخان و الطقس الجاف و مكيفات الهواء
أو البقاء طويلا امام شاشات الكمبيوتر.
لا تستخدم قطرة هاي فريش إذا كان لديك حساسية ™
من أي من مكوناتها.
معقمة حتى أول فتح للعبوة، ™ - تبقى قطرة هاي فريش
لذا من المهم الحفاظ عليها نظيفة بقدر الإمكان أثناء
الاستخدام.
- تأكد من عدم لمس طرف القطارة لأي سطح بما فيه
سطح العين.
الحمل و الرضاعة
أثناء الحمل و ™ - يمكن أن تستخدم قطرة هاي فريش
الرضاعة.
• قيادة السيارة و إستخدام الآلات
قد تحدث غشاوة في الإبصار لفترة قصيرة بعد استخدام
مباشرة . يجب أن تمتنع عن قيادة السيارة أو ™ هاي فريش
استخدام الآلات حتى تستعيد الرؤية الواضحة.
يستخدم محلول هاي فريش فقط كقطرات للعين. ™
۲ قطرة في كيس الملتحمة حسب الحاجة أو كما - ضع من ۱
يوجهك الطبيب.
إرشادات استخدام قطرات العين
• قم بلف الغطاء من الزجاجة، وتحقق من أن القطارة
نظيفة.
• إسحب الجفن السفلي إلى أسفل برفق، ومن ثم ضع بعناية
قطرة واحدة داخل الجفن السفلي، في الزاوية الأقرب إلى
الأنف.
• حرر الجفن السفلي، أغلق وافتح العين عدة مرات للتأكد
من تغطية العين عن طريق السائل.
في كلتا العينين كرر نفس ™ • إذا كنت تستخدم هاي فريش
الخطوات للعين الأخرى.إذا كانت هي أيضاً تحتاج للعلاج.
• قم بإعادة غطاء الزجاجة الى مكانه مباشرة بعد الإستخدام
وقم بإحكام الغلق.
عادة لا تسبب هاي فريش
يتعرض بعض الأشخاص من حين لآخر لآثار غير
مرغوب فيها.
توقف ™ إذا شعرت بأي صعوبة في استخدام هاي فريش
عن الاستخدام و تحدث لطبيبك أو الصيدلي.
- يحفظ بعيدا عن متناول الأطفال.
- يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تزيد عن ۳۰ درجة مئوية.

لذا من المهم الحفاظ عليها نظيفة بقدر الإمكان أثناء
الاستخدام.
لفترة تزيد عن شهر ™ - لا يجب أن تُستخدَم هاي فريش
بعد فتح العبوة لأول مرّة.
كل ۱ مل من هاي فريشيحتوى على :

HyfreshTM is prescribed for you if you have Dry Eye Syndrome, Sensation of dryness and other minor

BIOCOMPATIBILITY:
Results of acute, sub-cute and chronic toxicity studied together with the result of fetal toxicity,
fertility, pri-and post-natal toxicity studies show that sodium Hyaluronate is very well tolerated. In
addition animal studies show that repeated topical ocular administration of Hyfresh is also well
tolerated. In clinical use, no adverse effects were observed.
Do not store above 30°C.

10 ml of Hyfresh Ophthalmic Solution filled in LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) Bottle with cap
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and nozzle LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene).
