Hi Care Cream is indicated for the bleaching of melanin hyperpigmentation of the skin such as chloasma, melasma, freckles and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation.
Do not use Hi Care Cream
If you are allergic to hydroquinone or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in Section 6).
Warning and precautions
Not to be used in children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Topical hydroquinone should be used in pregnant women only when clearly indicated.
Caution is advised when topical hydroquinone is used by a nursing mother.
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
For external use only.
Apply Hi Care Cream to the affected area and rub well twice daily or as directed by the physician.
If you swallow Hi Care Cream
In case of accidental ingestion call a physician immediately.
If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
No systemic adverse reactions have been reported.
Should you feel any hypersensitivity, discontinue medication and consult your physician.
If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Store below 25°C.
Store in a dry condition.
Protect from light.
Once opened, use within 30 days.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the strip and carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask the pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.
The active substance is hydroquinone 1.9% w/w.
The other ingredients are: Glycerin, vitamin C, vitamin E, paraffin oil, octyl methoxycinnamate, propylene glycol, Emulgin B2, cetostearyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium benzoate, citric acid, sodium metabisulfite, EDTA disodium, perfume, purified water.

يوصف هاي كير كريم للتبييض في حالات فرط تصبغ الجلد (زيادة الميلانين) مثل الكلف والنمش والمناطق الأخرى المصابة بفرط التصبغ بزيادة الميلانين غير المرغوب به.
لا تستخدم هاي كير كريم
إذا كنت حساساً لهيدروكينون أو أي من المكونات الأخرى لهذا الدواء (المدرجة في القسم 6).
تحذيرات واحتياطات
لا يستخدم للأطفال بعمر أقل من 12 سنة ما لم يوصف من قبل الطبيب.
تجنب ملامسة المستحضر للعينين.
الحمل والإرضاع
يجب أن يستخدم هيدروكينون بشكل موضعي عند المرأة الحامل فقط عندما يوصف من قبل الطبيب.
يوصى بأخذ الحيطة والحذر عند استخدام الهيدروكينون بشكل موضعي من قبل المرضعة.
استخدم هذا الدواء دائماً كما أخبرك طبيبك أو الصيدلي. يجب أن تراجع طبيبك أو الصيدلي إذا لم تكن متأكداً.
للاستخدام الخارجي فقط.
قم بتطبيق هاي كير كريم على المنطقة المصابة مرتين يومياً أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
إذا قمت بابتلاع هاي كير كريم
في حالة الابتلاع العرضي فاتصل بالطبيب على الفور.
إذا كانت لديك أية أسئلة أخرى حول استخدام هذا الدواء فاسأل طبيبك أو الصيدلي.
مثل جميع الأدوية، يمكن لهذا الدواء أن يسبب أعراضاً جانبية إلا أنها قد لا تحدث لدى كل الأشخاص.
لم يتم الإبلاغ عن أية آثار جانبية جهازية.
إذا شعرت بحدوث أية علامات لفرط التحسس فأوقف المعالجة واستشر طبيبك.
إذا أصبت بأية أعراض جانبية فتحدث إلى طبيبك أو الصيدلي. هذا يشمل أيضاً أية أعراض جانبية محتملة غير مدرجة في هذه النشرة.
يحفظ بعيداً عن متناول ومرأى الأطفال.
يخزن عند حرارة أقل من 25°م.
يخزن في ظروف جافة.
يحفظ بعيداً عن الضوء.
يستخدم خلال 30 يوماً بعد فتح العبوة أول مرة.
لا تستخدم هذا الدواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية الموضح على الشريط والعبوة الخارجية. يشير تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية إلى آخر يوم من ذلك الشهر.
لا تقم بالتخلص من الأدوية من خلال مياه الصرف الصحي أو النفايات المنزلية. اسأل الصيدلي عن كيفية التخلص من الأدوية التي لم تعد تحتاجها. ستساعد هذه التدابير على حماية البيئة.
المادة الفعالة هي هيدروكينون 1.9% و/و.
المكونات الأخرى هي: غليسيرين، فيتامين ج، فيتامين هـ، زيت البرافين، أوكتيل ميثوكسي سينامات، بروبيلين غليكول، ماكروسيتو ستياريل أثير (إيمولجين ب2)، كحول سيتوستياريلي، صوديوم ولريل سلفات، بنزوات الصوديو، حمض الستريك، ميتابيسلفيت الصوديوم، إيديتات ثنائية الصوديوم، مادة معطرة، ماء منقى.
هاي كير كريم عبارة عن كريم أبيض متجانس. يتوفر هاي كير كريم في أنابيب من الألمنيوم تحتوي على 60 غ.

Hydroquinone interferes with the production of new melanocytes and hence the bleaching effect on pigmented skin progresses slowly and evenly.
Effects on pigmented skin are normally observed by 6 weeks from initiation of the hydroquinone treatment. The time varies according to skin type.
