Precautions |
The following should be considered when this solution is used:
1. The cardiovascular status of the patient should be monitored during prostatectomy. The quantity of the fluid absorbed into the systemic circulation may cause expansion of the extracellular fluids leading to congestive heart failure.
2. Systemic absorption of the solution may cause hyponatremia.
3. Significant diuresis resulted when the solution is used may cause hypovolemia and electrolyte/fluids imbalance.
Do not use if bag is leaking, solution is cloudy or contains particles.
Use of irrigation as per physician’s instructions.
Warm the solution to body temperature before use.

يستعمل لشطف و تنظيف المثانة أثناء العمليات الخاصة بالجهاز البولي التناسلي.

التحذيرات |
يجب أخذ المحاذير التالية بعين الاعتبار عند استعمال هذا المحلول:
١. يجب مراقبة الجهاز القلبي الوعائي للمرضى الذين يخضعون لعمليات جراحية في الجهاز البولي التناسلي فكمية المحلول الممتص في الدورة الدموية الجسمية يمكن أن تؤدى إلى زيادة حجم السوائل ما بين الخلايا مما قد يؤدي إلى حالات هبوط القلب الاحتقاني.
۲. إن الامتصاص الجسمي لهذا المحلول قد يؤدي الى نقص الصوديوم في الدم.
۳. إن غزارة التبول الناتجة عن استعمال هذا المحلول قد تؤدى إلى نقص حجم الدم أو إلى اختلال اتزان السوائل و الأملاح في الدم مع كل ما يترافق معهما من عوارض جانبية.
لا تستعمل العبوة غير المحكمة، أو إذا كان المحلول معكر أو يحتوي على شوائب.
يستعمل للشطف و التنظيف وفق إرشادات الطبيب المختص. يجب تدفئة المحلول الى درجة حرارة الجسم قبل استعماله.

Transparent, undyed flexible pouch of 3000 ml capacity manufactured from poly vinyl chloride (PVC), fitted with a drug administration port and a giving set port. The ports are fitted with a tamper- proof and leak-proof closure devices.
