The chewable tablets relieve the symptoms of flatulence (wind), wind pains, a swollen stomach and other symptoms associated with intestinal gas. Deflat contains simethicone which breaks down the bubbles of gas in the stomach to help eliminate gas and ease wind.

Important information about some of the ingredients of Deflat chewable tablets
This medicine contains lactose monohydrate, so if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
Always take Deflat chewable tablets exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Take this medicine by mouth.
Adults, the elderly and children
Take one or two chewable tablets 3 or 4 times a day or as required.
If you take more Deflat chewable tablets than you should
If you accidentally take too many, see a doctor straight away. Take the pack with you to show which medicine you have swallowed.
If you forget to take Deflat chewable tablets
If you forget to take your dose on time, take it as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
There are no known side effects from using this medicine when used as directed. If you notice any side effects, stop use and tell your doctor or pharmacist. They will tell you what to do.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Store below 30◦C. Store in the original packaging.
- Do not use Deflat chewable tablets after the expiry date which is stated on the blister and carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
- Medicines should not be disposed of via waste water or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

Mannitol, lactose, tribasic calcium phosphate, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, sodium saccharin, fruit cocktail, magnesium stearate.

أقراص المضغ تخفف من أعراض انتفاخ البطن (الرياح) ، وآلام الرياح، وتورم في المعدة وأعراض أخرى مرتبطة بالغاز المعوي. ديفلات يحتوي على سيميثيكون الذي يكسر فقاعات الغاز في المعدة للمساعدة في القضاء على الغاز وسهولة الرياح.

اذا نسيت ان تتناول جرعة، تناولها ما ان تتنبه لذلك ما عدا اذا كان ذلك قريبا من موعد تناول الجرعة التالية.

لا توجد آثار جانبية معروفة من استخدام هذا الدواء عند استخدامه وفقا للتوجيهات. إذا لاحظت أي آثار جانبية، توقف عن الاستخدام وأخبر الطبيب أو الصيدلي وسوف يخبرونكم بما يجب القيام به.
- يحفظ بعيدا عن متناول ايدي الاطفال وعن مجال بصرهم.
- يحفظ في حرارة اقل من 30 درجة مئوية، ضمن عبوته الاصلية .
- لا تستعمل أقراص ديفلات للمضغ بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المدون على العلبة وعلى الشريط. تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية يعني اليوم الاخير من ذلك الشهر.
- يجب عدم رمي الادوية بتاتا في المجاري أو النفايات المنزلية. اسأل الصيدلاني عن كيفية التخلص من الادوية التي لم تعد بحاجة لها. هذه التدابير تسمح بحماية البيئة

Deflat contains activated simethicone, a chemically inert gastric defoaming agent which alters the elasticity of interfaces of mucous-embedded bubbles in the gastro-intestinal tract. The gas bubbles are thus broken or coalesced and in this form, the gas is more easily eliminated through belching or passing flatus.
Activated simethicone is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and does not interfere with gastric secretion or absorption of nutrients. Following oral administration, it is excreted unchanged in the faeces.
