Your medicine Is called Sodium Chloride Solution. It belongs to a group
of salt containing drugs that can be placed into the urinary bladder.
Sodium Chloride Solution is used to reconstitute another drug for
administration into the urinary bladder through a catheter.
Before you start using Sodium Chloride Solution read the Information
which is given below. If you think that any of this information
applies to you, or are not sure, tell your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
Do not use Sodium Chloride Solution If:
You are allergic (hypersensitive) to sodium chloride or any of the
other Ingredients of Sodium Chloride Solution.
Take special care with Sodium Chloride Solution
Before treatment with Sodium Chloride Solution extra care will be
taken If your bladder or urethra are fragile, for example in cases of
advanced bladder cancer.
Using other medicines
There are no other medicines known that cause problems when they
are taken when you are also using Sodium Chloride Solution.
Tell your doctor, nurse or pharmacist If you are taking or have
recently taken any other medicines including medicines obtained
without a prescription.
Using Sodium Chloride Solution with food and drink
You can eat and drink as normal when using Sodium Chloride Solution.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are or could be pregnant, tell your doctor before treatment
starts. Ask your doctor, nurse or pharmacist for advice before taking any
medicine.
Driving and using machines
Your ability to drive a car or operate machinery will not be affected
following administration of Sodium Chloride Solution.
Sodium Chloride Solution will be given to you by a doctor or nurse. Each
bag is for single use only and any unused portion will be discarded.
Your doctor will have decided how much and for how long you need
to be given Sodium Chloride Solution.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your
doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
There are no known side effects caused by Sodium Chloride Solution.
If you do notice any side effects please tell your doctor, nurse or
pharmacist.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not use Sodium Chloride Solution after the expiry date which is
stated on the bag. The expiry date refers to the last day of that
month (if not exactly stated).
• Do not store above 30°C.
• Store in the original container.
• Do not use Sodium Chloride Solution If you notice that the solution
contains any particles or has become cloudy.
• Do not use if the container has become damaged.
What Sodium Chloride Solution contains
The active substance is Sodium Chloride. The other ingredient is
water for Injections.

هذا الدواء يسمى محلول كلوريد الصوديوم. وينتمي إلى الأدوية التي تحتوي على
الملح المعد للاستخدام المثانة البولية.
محلول كلوريد الصوديوم يستخدم لإحلال دواء آخر لاستخدامه في المثانة البولية من
خلال القسطرة.
قبل البدء في استخدام محلول كلوريد الصوديوم اقرأ المعلومات أدناه. إذا كنت تعتقد أن أياً
من هذه المعلومات ينطبق عليك، أو كنت غير متأكد، أخبر طبيبك أو الممرضة أو الصيدلي.
لا تستخدم محلول كلوريد الصوديوم إذا:
كانت لديك حساسية لكلوريد الصوديوم أو أياً من المكونات الأخرى من محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.
خذ عناية خاصة مع محلول كلوريد الصوديوم
قبل بدء العلاج بمحلول كلوريد الصوديوم يجب اتخاذ الرعاية الإضافية إذا كانت المثانة
أو مجرى البول هشة، على سبيل المثال في حالات سرطان المثانة المتقدمة.
استخدام أدوية أخرى
لا توجد أدوية أخرى معروفة تسبب مشاكل عند استخدام محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.
أخبر الطبيب أو المرضة أو الصيدلي إذا كنت تأخذ أو قد اتخذت مؤخراً أية أدوية
أخرى بما في ذلك الأدوية التي تم الحصول عليها دون وصفه طبية.
استخدام محلول كلوريد الصوديوم مع الطعام والشراب
يمكنك تناول الطعام والشراب بشكل طبيعي عند استخدام محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.
الحمل والرضاعة
إذا كنتِ حاملاً أو عند وجود احتمالية حمل، فأخبري الطبيب قبل بدء العلاج.
اسألي الطبيب أو الممرضة أو الصيدلي للحصول على المشورة قبل تناول أي دواء.
قيادة السيارة واستخدام الآلات
قدرتك على قيادة سيارة أو تشغيل الآلات لن تتأثر باستخدام محلول كلوريد الصوديوم
سيتم إعطاء محلول كلوريد الصوديوم لك من قبل الطبيب أو الممرضة، كل كيس هو
للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط ويجب التخلص من أي جزء غير مستخدم.
سيقرر طبيبك المدة اللازمة والكمية المطلوبة من محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.
إذا كان لديك أي أسئلة أخرى حول استخدام هذا المنتج، اسأل الطبيب أو الممرضة أو
الصيدلي.
لا توجد آثار جانبية معروفة ناجمة عن محلول كلوريد الصوديوم.
إذا لاحظت أي آثار جانبية يرجى إخبار الطبيب أو الممرضة أو الصيدلي.
• الاحتفاظ بعيدا عن متناول ورؤية الأطفال.
• لا تستخدم محلول كلوريد الصوديوم بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المذكور على العبوة.
يشير تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية إلى اليوم الأخير من ذلك الشهر (إن لم يذكر بالضبط).
• لا تخزن فوق ۳۰ درجة مئوية.
• يتم التخزين في الحاوية الأصلية.
• لا تستخدم محلول كلوريد الصوديوم إذا لاحظت أن المحلول يحتوي على أي جزيئات
أو به عكوره.
• لا تستخدم إذا أصبحت الحاوية تالفة.
ما يحتوي عليه محلول كلوريد الصوديوم
المادة الفعالة ھي كلوريد الصوديوم، المكوّن الآخر هو الماء للحقن
محلول كلوريد الصوديوم ھو محلول صافي ومعقم موجود في كيس من البلاستيك.

As a diluent for the administration of drugs within the bladder.
Adults, children and the elderly:
The volume to be used, frequency and duration of the treatment depend on the nature of the drug administered and the clinical condition of the patient.
Route of Administration:
Urethral.
Refer to section 6.6, Special precautions for disposal and other handling’ for further information.
Caution should be exercised in cases of advanced carcinoma of the bladder, as the bladder may be fragile.
An intact urethra is required.
Ensure proper mixing of any added medication.
Caution should be exercised in the attachment and clamping of both the active medication and the urinary catheter.

The solutions are supplied in 1000 ml, 2000 ml and 3000 ml for Non-PVC bag.

Do not use unless the solution is clear and the container is intact.
Each bag is for single use only and any unused portion should be discarded.
