Resolve Plus 1.0 is used on the skin to treat inflamed skin conditions
such as:
• Tinea.
• Thrush.
• Seborrhoeic dermatitis.
• Thrush infected napkin rash.
• Inflamed fungal infections where bacterial infection may be present.
Resolve Plus 1.0 is a broad spectrum anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory cream. Miconazole nitrate acts against fungal organisms to help treat infections, while hydrocortisone reduces the irritation and redness of inflamed skin.
For conditions without inflammation use an anti-fungal agent without hydrocortisone, such as Resolve Tinea.
Do not use Resolve Plus 1.0 if:
I. You are allergic to hydrocortisone, miconazole nitrate or phenethyl alcohol.
2. You have herpes or other viral diseases of the skin (such as chickenpox).
3. You have perioral or ulcerative skin conditions.
4. You have any other infection;
5. The packaging is torn or the tamper-evident seal is broken.
6. The expiry date printed on the pack has passed.
Do not use Resolve Plus 1.0 on children under 2 years unless your doctor or pharmacist tell you to.
Before you start to use it:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if:
I. You have any allergies to any other medicine or any other substances such as foods, preservatives or dyes,
2. You have cuts or abrasions at or near the place of treatment. The chance of unwanted effects may be increased.
3. You are pregnant or intend to become pregnant. Your doctor will discuss the risks and benefits of using Resolve Plus 1.0 when pregnant.
4. You are breast-feeding or intend to breast-feed. Your doctor will discuss the risks and benefits of using Resolve Plus 1.0 when breast-feeding.
Follow all directions given to you by your doctor and pharmacist carefully.
They may differ from the information contained in this leaflet. If you do not understand the instructions in this leaflet, ask your doctor or pharmacist for help.
How much to use:
Resolve Plus 1.0 is for external use only.
How to use it:
Gently rub Resolve Plus 1.0 into the infected skin and surrounding area 2 times daily. Once the nflammation has subsided continue treatment with an anti-fungal agent without hydrocortisone, such as Resolve Tinea until symptoms disappear. Continue treatment for 14 days after symptoms disappear. Regular application is essential for successful treatment. If you use it less often than you should, it may not work as well and your skin problem may not improve. Using it more often than you should may not improve your skin problem any faster and may cause or increase side effects.
How long to use it:
You should check with your doctor if you need to use Resolve Plus 1.0 for more than 7 days. If you use Resolve Plus 1.0 for a long time without medical supervision, the chance of side effects increases.
While you are using Resolve Plus 1.0
Things you must do:
• Tell all doctors and pharmacists who are treating you that you are using Resolve Plus 1.0.
• If you become pregnant while using Resolve Plus 1.0, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Things you must not do:
• Do not use in or near the eyes.
• Do not use for acne.
• Do not give Resolve Plus 1.0 to anyone else even if they have the same symptoms as yours.
• Do not use Resolve Plus 1.0 to treat other complaints unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to.
Things to be careful of:
Do not use Resolve Plus 1.0 under dressings or on large areas of skin unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to.
Check with your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible if you have any problems while using Resolve Plus 1.0, even if you do not think the problems are connected with the medicine or are not listed in this leaflet.
After the application of Resolve Plus 1.0 a slight stinging sensation may occasionally be noticed. This transient symptom is most likely to disappear after several applications.
Other side effects include:
• Itching
• Redness
• Allergy
• Thinning of the skin
Keep Resolve Plus 1.0 in a cool dry place where the temperature stays below 25° C.
Do not store Resolve Plus 1.0 in the car or on window sills. Heat can destroy some medicines.
Keep Resolve Plus 1.0 where young children cannot reach it.
Resolve Plus 1.0 contains miconazole nitrate 2% w/w, Hydrocortisone I% w/w as the active ingredients and phenethyl alcohol 1 % w/w as the preservative. Also contains dimethicone and povidone.

ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠هو كريم مضاد للفطريات واسع الطيف ومضاد للالتهابات.إن المايكونازول نايترات يعمل ضد الفطريات فيساعد على علاج الالتهاب بينما الهيدروكورتزون يخفف التهيج والاحمرار للجلد الملتهب.
في الحالات الغير مصاحبة للالتهابات إستعمل دواء للفطريات بدون هيدروكورتزون.
يستخدم ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠على الجلد لعلاج حالات التهابات الجلد مثل:
- القوباء الحلقية (تينيا)
- القلاع أو داء المبيضات
- التهاب الجلد الدهني
- قلاع طفح حفاض الطفل
- الاصابات الفطرية الملتهبة والتي قد تترافق باصابة جرثومية
تجنب إستعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠إذا:
- كنت تعاني من الحساسية للهدروكورتزون, مايكونازول نايترات, أو وفينيثيل الكحول.
- كنت تعاني من القوباء (هربس) أو أي مرض جلدي فيروسي اخر (مثل جدري الماء)
- كنت تعاني من التهابات جلدية حول الفم أو حالات تقرحات جلدية.
- كنت تعاني من عدوى أخرى.
- كانت العبوة ممزقة أومنزوعة الختم.
- عند نفاذ تاريخ الصلاحية المطبوع على العبوة.
لا يستعمل ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ على الاطفال دون سنتين إلا بوصفة من طبيبك أو الصيدلي
قبل البدء باستعمال المستحضر
أخبر طبيبك او الصيدلي إذا :
· كانت لديل أي من انواع الحساسيه لأية أدوية أو مواد أخرى مثل الطعام,مواد حافظة أو أصباغ.
· كانت لديك جروح أو سحجات على أو قرب مكان العلاجوذلك لزيادة إحتمالية التاثيرات الغير مرغوبة.
· إذا كنت حاملا او ترغبين بذلك, سيوضح لك طبيبك مخاطر وفوائد استعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠وانت حامل.
· كنت أم مرضعة او ترغبين بذلك , سيوضح لك طبيبك مخاطر وفوائد استعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠وانت أم مرضعة.
قد تختلف هذة التعليمات عن المعلومات المرفقة في هذة النشرة. إذا لم تتمكن من فهم التعليمات في هذة النشرة أطلب المساعدة من طبيبك أو الصيدلي.
الكمية التي يجب استعمالها:
إن ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠هو للاستعمال الخارجي فقط.
طريقة الاستعمال:
إفرك ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ بلطف على البشرة المصابة و المحيطة بها مرتين باليوم. عندما يخمد الالتهاب إستمر بالعلاج باستخدام مضاد الفطريات بدون هيدروكوتزون , حتى اختفاء الاعراض وبعد ذلك استمر بالعلاج لمدة ۱٤ يوم. إن الاستعمال المنتظم للدواء ضروري لعلاج ناجح.
في حالة استخدامك الدواء أقل من عدة المرات المطلوبة قد لا يعمل الدواء جيداوقد لا تتحسن مشكلة الجلد. بينما استعمال الدواء اكثر من المطلوب لا يساعد على تحسن مشكلة الجلد بوقت اسرع وقد يؤدي الى زيادة الاعراض الجانبية للدواء.
فترة إستعمال الدواء:
إستشر طبيبك اذا كنت تحتاج الى استخدام ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ لمدة أطول من سبعة أيام ,يزداد إحتمال الاصابة بالاعراض الجانبية عند استعمالك لريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ لمدة طويلة من دون إشراف طبي.
أثناء إستعمالك ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠
يجب عليك:
- إخبار جميع الاطباء والصيادلة المعالجين لك بأنك تستعمل ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠.
- إخبار طبيبك ار الصيدلي عندما تصبحين حامل اثناء إستعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠.
يجب عدم :
- إستعمال الدواء داخل او حول العين
- إستعمال الدواء لعلاج حب الشباب
- إعطاء ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ لشخص أخر, حتى اذا كان يعاني من نفس أعراضك
- إستعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ علاج شكوى أخرى إلا اذا نصحك طبيبك أو الصيدلي بذلك.
يجب مراعاة مايلي:
لا تستعمل ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ تحت الضمادات او على مساحات واسعة من الجلد إلا بنصيحة طبيبك او الصيدلي.
إستشر طبيبك او الصيدلي فور حدوث أي مشكلة أثناءإستعمالك لريزولف بلس۱٬٠, حتى إذا ظننت أن هذة المشاكل غير مرتبطة بالدواء أو غير مذكورة في هذة النشرة.
بعد استعمال ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠قد يلاحظ أحيانا شعورخفيف باللسعة لكن هذا الشعور مؤقت يزول في الغالب بعد استعمالات متكررة.
أعراض جانبية أخرى:
- حكة
- إحمرار
- حساسية
- ترقق الجلد
- احفظ ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ في مكان بارد وجاف بدرجة حرارة تحت ٢٥ درجة مئوية.
- لا تخزن ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ في السيارة أو على أعتاب النوافذ قد تفسد الحرارة بعض الادوية.
- احفظ ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ بعيدا عن متناول الأطفال.
يحتوي ريزولف بلس۱٬٠ على مايكونازول ناتيرات ٢ ٪ هيدروكورتيزن ۱ ٪ كمواد فعالة وفينيثيل الكحول ۱ ٪ كمادة حافظة ويحتوي على دايميثيكون وبوفيدون.
مستحضر ريزولف بلس ۱٬٠ هو كريم ابيض لماع في انبوب من ۱٠ جم و ٣٠ جم.

Effective treatment of inflamed or itchy tinea, such as athlete’s foot, jock itch and ringworm. Also effective for inflamed or itchy skin infections such as thrush, thrush infected napkin rash, fungal infected eczema/ dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, inflamed fungal infections where bacterial infection may be present.
Clean and dry affected area thoroughly. Gently apply to the affected and surrounding skin twice daily. Once inflammation has subsided continue treatment with an antifungal cream for 14 days after symptoms disappear to avoid recurrence. Regular application is essential for successful treatment. Cleanse with a soap alternative as soap may irritate the skin.
Avoid eyes. Do not use on children under 2 years unless your doctor tells you to. Do not use on acne. Do not use under waterproof bandages or for more than 7 days unless your doctor tells you to. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist seek medical advice. For external use only.
No known interactions.
The safety of hydrocortisone and miconazole nitrate is well reported and, when used in topical medication, is a category A drug as defined in ‘Medicines in Pregnancy’ approved by the Australian Drug Evaluation Committee.
Category A drugs are those which have been taken by a large number of pregnant women and women of child-bearing age without any proven increase in the frequency of malformations or other
Unlikely to produce an effect.

Other side effects (especially under occlusion) may include itching, redness, allergy, acneform eruptions and skin atrophy (thinning of the skin).

Resolve Plus 1.0 contains hydrocortisone and miconazole nitrate.
Miconazole is an antifungal agent and, like other imidazole derivatives, acts by altering the permeability of the cell membrane in sensitive fungi. Minimum inhibitory concentrations for most fungi typically vary between 0.1 and 10 μg/ml. The absorption of miconazole is not significant when topically applied.
Hydrocortisone is an anti-inflammatory agent. Topical application of corticosteroids often produces dramatic suppression of skin diseases in which inflammation is a prominent feature. At the level used in Resolve Plus 1.0, hydrocortisone is classed as low potency corticosteroid.
