Unifresh™ (Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium) 0.5% is a sterile,
Topical, Preservative free Ophthalmic Solution in single
use containers.
Each ml of Unifresh™ contains :
5 mg Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium.
For the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort
due to dryness of the eye or due to exposure to wind or sun.
Also may be used as a protectant against further irritation.
It was demonstrated also to improve Dry Eye when used
after LASIK.
To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any
surface.
Do not reuse. Once opened, discard.
If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued
redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens
or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and
consult a doctor. If solution changes color or becomes
cloudy, do not use.
To open, Twist and Pull tab to remove, Instill 1 or 2
drops in the affected eye(s) and discard container.

يوني فريش (كاربوكسي ميثيل سيليلوز صوديوم) 0.5% محلول معقم موضعي للعين, خالي من المواد الحافظة, في عبوات أحادية الإستخدام, يحتوي كل مل من يوني فريش على 5 ملجم من كاربوكسي ميثيل سيليلوز صوديوم.
يستخدم للتخفيف المؤقت من الالتهاب و التهيج وعدم الراحة الناتج عن جفاف العين, أو نتيجة التعرض للرياح أو الشمس, كما يمكن أن يستخدم للوقاية من أي إلتهابات أخرى, كما ظهر أنها تعمل على تحسين جفاف العين حينما استخدمت بعد عملية الليزك.
تجنب حدوث تلوث لا تلامس طرف العبوة لأي سطح .
لا تعيد استخدام العبوة بعد فتحها.
إذا عانيت من ألم في العين و تغيرات في الرؤيا واحمرار مستمر , أو تهيج في العين أو إذا ساءت الحالة أو استمرت لأكثر من 72 ساعة فتوقف عن الاستخدام واستشر طبيباً. لا تستخدم المحلول إذا تغير لونه أو أصبح غير رائق.
للفتح, لف واسحب فوهة العبوة الصغيرة, أضف قطرة إلى قطرتين في العين المصابة ثم تخلص من العبوة.

Excipients used in Uni Fresh are found in iunovator product and assumed compatible with
the drug substance (Please refer to stability data under item 3.2.P.8.3)

Primary Packaging:
Immediate packaging for Uni Fresh Ophthalmic Solution consists of:
Transparent LDPE Minims (Unit Dose) fitted with a twist and pull-off cap
The immediate packaging of the product is performed by Blow Fill seal
operation. During this process the unit dose container is formed by hot
melt extmsion and immediately the product is filled into the formed
LDPE unit dose container and further sealing of the containers is done.
All these operations are performed under Aseptic conditions.
The Borealis granule (LDPE) is used for the preparation Blow fill seal
unit dose containers. During this process the wall thickness of the unit
dose containers are well controlled.
2. Secondary Packaging:
Outer carton: 280g/m2 granunage paper, dimension Length: 65mm, Breath: 5lmm and
Height: 79mm, printing as per drawing
