The method of administration depends on the instructions given for the medicinal product to be dissolved or diluted. The medicinal product should be reconstituted or diluted immediately before use.
The dosage of sterile water for injection and the duration of the application are in accordance with the instructions pertaining to the medicine dissolved or diluted.
If you Use more sterile water for injection than you should:
An overdose is very unlikely as this medicine is only for preparation and dilution of parenteral preparations.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
There are no known side effects if the instructions for use are followed.
• Keep this Product out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the label after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
• Do not store above 30°C
• Do not use this medicine if you notice the container is damaged and the liquid is unclear or coloured.
• For single use only. Discard any unused product.

الماء المعقم المعد للحقن هو عبارة عن سائل معقم للحقن. حيث يستخدم في تحضير أو تخفيف الأدوية التي تتطلب
الخلط بالماء قبل الحقن.
لا تستخدم الماء المعقم المعد للحقن
لا توجد حالات مسجلة لا ينبغي فيها استخدام الماء المعقم المعد للحقن.
احتياطات خاصة بالماء المعقم المعد للحق ن
يجب عدم استخدام الماء المعقم المعد للحقن وحده. طبيبك سوف يذيب أو يخفف دواء آخر في الماء المعقم المعد
للحقن قبل إعطائه لك.

لا توجد تفاعلات مسجلة مع أدوية أخرى.

طريقة الاستخدام تعتمد على التعليمات المعطاة للمنتج الدوائي الذي سوف يذاب او يخفف بالماء المعقم المعد
للحقن. يجب إعادة تشكيل المنتج الدوائي أو التخفيف مباشرة قبل الاستعمال .
الجرعة وفترة العلاج تعتمد على التعليمات المتعلقة بالدواء المنحل أو المخفف.
إذا استخدمت الماء المعقم المعد للحق ن أكثر مما يجب
من غير المرجح ان يكون هناك جرعة زائدة لأن هذا الدواء معد فقط لإحلال او تخفيف الأدوية التي تعطى عن
طريق الحقن . إذا كان لديك أي أسئلة أخرى عن استخدام هذا المنتج، اسأل طبيبك أو الصيدلي.
مثل جميع الأدوية، يمكن لهذا الدواء أن يسبب آثارا جانبية، على الرغم من أن الجميع لا يحصل لهم .

لا يخزن فوق 30 درجة مئوية .
لا توجد احتياطات خاصة لتخزين المنتج في عبوات البولي ايثيلين .
لا تستخدم هذا الدواء إذا لاحظت تلف العبوة أو ان السائل غير نقي أو ملون.
للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط، يجب التخلص من أي كمية غير مستخدمة.
كل 5 مل من المحلول تحتوي على 5 مل من الماء المعقم المعد للحقن.
كل 10 مل من المحلول تحتوي على 10 مل من الماء المعقم المعد للحقن.
كل 500 مل من المحلول تحتوي على 500 مل من الماء المعقم المعد للحقن.

متوفر في : أمبولات و عبوات بولي ايثيلين.
حجم العبوة: 5 مل أو 10 مل او 500 مل .

Water for Injections is indicated to be used as a vehicle for dilution and reconstitution of suitable medicinal products for parenteral administration.
Posology:
The dosage administered will be dictated by the nature of the additive used. The administration rate will be dependent upon the dose regimen of the prescribed drug.
Following suitable admixture of prescribed additives, the dosage is usually dependent upon the age, weight and clinical condition of the patient as well as laboratory determinations.
The solution should only be used if it is clear without visible particles.
Method of administration:
For parenteral use.
The directions for use will be dependent upon the appropriate medicinal product to which this solvent is added, which will dictate the appropriate volumes as well as administration route.
Water for Injections is hypotonic and it should not be administered alone, because it may cause hemolysis.
The possible clinical interactions between the different medicinal products to be dissolved should be considered.
May be used during fertility, pregnancy and lactation. The risks during use are determined by the nature of the added medicinal products.

May cause haemolysis if administered alone. The nature of the additive will determine the likelihood of any other undesirable effects.

No effects are anticipated if used as instructed. Haemolysis may occur following infusion of large volumes of hypotonic solutions using sterile water for injections as diluent.
The signs and symptoms of overdose will also be related to the nature of the medicinal product being added. In the event of accidental overdose, the treatment should be discontinued and thepatient should be observed for the appropriate signs and symptoms related to the medicinal product administered.

The container is made of Low Density-Polyethylene (LDPE) The primary packaging material Low Density-Polyethylene (LDPE) is used for several years in the pharmaceutical industry for the primary packaging of comparable drug products. The material is known for its compatibility with the ingredients of the drug product.
The container material, LD (Low Density)-polyethylene meets the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur. 3.2.2). The material shows a density of 0.9%26-0.9%30 g/cm3.The container can be sterilised at temperatures between 106-112 °C.
For single use only. Do not use unless the solution is clear and the container undamaged.
Discard any unused solution.
Any unused product or waste material should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
