USES
For relief of the symptoms of nappy rash
Do not use the medicine if you or your child have....
• An allergy to refined arachis oil (peanut oil), soya, or any other ingredients listed.
Talk to your doctor if....
You or your child is having an x-ray, as this medicine may mask x-ray pictures.
If you are Pregnant or breastfeeding
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine if you are pregnant, might be pregnant or are breastfeeding. Calmar Cream should not be used, unless the doctor has told you to do so.
Important ingredient information
This medicine contains
- cetostearyl alcohol which may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
- It also contains refined arachis oil (peanut oil). If you are allergic to peanuts or soya do not use this product.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
If separation of the Cream occurs, re-mix before use. Apply the Cream to the skin.
Adults, the elderly and children: Apply to the affected skin up to four times a day or at each nappy change.
DIRECTIONS
- change wet and soiled diapers, garments, and linens promptly
- cleanse the affected area and allow to dry
- apply cream liberally as often as necessary with each diaper, garment or linen change; especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to soiled diapers, garments, linens, feces, or urine may be prolonged
If you accidentally swallow some see a doctor straight away.
There are no known side effects from using Calmar Cream as directed. If you notice any side effects, stop use and tell your doctor or pharmacist. They will tell you what to do.
- Keep out of the reach and the sight of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date on the carton. The expiry date is the last day of that month.
- Do not store above 30°C
- Medicines should not be thrown away in waste water or in household waste. Please ask your pharmacist how to throw away any medicine you do not need any more. If you do this you will help protect the environment.

الاستعمالات
- لتخفيف أعراض طفح الحفاض.
لا تستخدم الكريم إذا كنت أنت أو طفلك تعاني من
• الحساسية من زيت الأركيس المكرر (زيت الفول السوداني) أو الصويا أو أي مكونات أخرى مدرجة.
تحدث مع طبيبك إذا كنت
• أنت أو طفلك سيتعرض لفحص بالأشعة السينية، لأن هذا الدواء قد يحجب صور الأشعة السينية.
إذا كنت حاملا أو مرضعة
اطلبي من طبيبك أو الصيدلي النصيحة قبل استخدام هذا الدواء إذا كنت حاملاً أو قد تكونين حاملاً أو ترضعين طفلك طبيعيا. حيث انه لا يجب استخدام كريم كالمار ، إلا إذا طلب منك الطبيب القيام بذلك.
معلومات حول بعض المكونات الهامة
هذا الدواء يحتوي على
- كحول سيتوستريل الذي قد يسبب تفاعلات جلدية موضعية (مثل التهاب الجلد التماسي).
- كما أنه يحتوي على زيت الأركيس المكرر (زيت الفول السوداني). إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية من الفول السوداني أو الصويا لا تستخدم هذا المنتج.
للاستخدام الخارجي فقط.
في حالة حدوث فصل في الكريم، أعد خلطه قبل الاستخدام. ضع الكريم على البشرة.
البالغين والمسنين والأطفال: يوضع على الجلد المصاب حتى أربع مرات في اليوم أو عند كل تغيير في الحفاض.
طريقة الاستخدام
- قم بتغيير الحفاضات الرطبة والمتسخة ، أو الملابس ، أو البياضات على الفور
- قم بتطهير المنطقة المصابة واتركها لتجف
- ضع الكريم بشكل متكرر كلما كان ذلك ضروريًا مع كل تغيير في حفاضات الأطفال أو الملابس أو البياضات ؛ خصوصا في وقت النوم أو في أي وقت عندما يكون التعرض للحفاضات المتسخة ، الملابس ، البياضات ، البراز ، أو البول لفترات طويلة
إذا ابتلعت جزء من الكريم أنت أو طفلك عن طريق الخطأ، اذهب إلى الطبيب على الفور.
لا توجد أعراض جانبية معروفة من استخدام كريم كالمار وفقًا لطريقة الاستعمال الصحيحة. إذا لاحظت أي أعراض جانبية، توقف عن الاستخدام وأخبر طبيبك أو الصيدلي. هم سيخبرونك بماذا تفعل.
- يحفظ بعيدا عن متناول ونظر الأطفال.
- لا تستخدم المنتج بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية على الكرتون. تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية هو اليوم الأخير من ذلك الشهر.
- لا يحفظ في درجة حرارة فوق 30 درجة مئوية
- يجب عدم التخلص من الأدوية في مياه الصرف أو في النفايات المنزلية. يرجى سؤال الصيدلي عن كيفية التخلص من أي دواء لم تعد تحتاجه. إذا قمت بذلك ، فسوف تساعد في حماية البيئة.
المادة الفعالة: يحتوي كل جرام على 100 ملجم أكسيد الزنك.

Calmar 10% Cream contains Arachis Oil (peanut oil) and should not be applied by patients known to be allergic to peanut. As there is a possible relationship between allergy to peanut and allergy to Soya, patients with soya allergy should also avoid Calmar 10% Cream.

Overdosage is unlikely. If accidentally ingested treatment should be symptomatic. Oral ingestion of large quantities of castor oil may cause nausea, vomiting, colic and diarrhoea.
